ingredients:
5 slices of bacon
2 heads of Romaine lettuce
2 C cherry tomatoes, halved
1 C swiss cheese, grated
1/3 C grated parm cheese
2/3 C slivered almonds, toasted
Croutons
Dressing:
4 T lemon juice
3 cloves of minced garlic
Salt and grnd pepper to taste
¾ C vegetable oil
directions:
Make salad dressing ahead of time ideally 3 hours before using. Then mix salad ingredients and toss with dressing when ready to serve. Enjoy!
